Loretta is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with over 30 years of accounting and financial management experience. Loretta has extensive experience and demonstrated success in streamlining business operations that drive growth and increased efficiency to improve the bottom-line results. As CFO, Loretta is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting and transparency, and for multiple corporate functions including Controller, Treasury, Investor Relations, Tax and long-range planning. Gary K. Miller

Director of Operations

Gary K. Miller Jr. brings over 20 years of expertise in federal contracting, operations, and strategic outreach to his role as Director of Operations at Sharp Solutions, Inc., a certified 8(a), veteran-owned small business. His career spans operational and prime contract management, task order compliance, contract administration, marketing, recruiting, and human resource leadership, making him a versatile and trusted partner for government clients.

With an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Gary has overseen complex portfolios across GWACs, Multiple Award Schedules (MAS), Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), and Federal Supply Schedules (FSS). His prior leadership roles include serving as Contractual Program Manager for DHS EAGLE, Program Manager for Alliant Small Business, and Project Manager for GSA STARS, GSA OASIS, and the GSA MAS-IT-70 and HACS cyber. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to more than 400 proposals, providing proprietary legal agreement execution, strategic teaming, and pricing-to-win analysis that consistently positioned his teams for success.

Most recently, Gary has led Sharp Solutions through major contract transitions, ensuring seamless service delivery while minimizing gaps. He spearheaded the development of incident response and supplier monitoring policies to strengthen organizational resilience and established a formal NIST SP 800-171 Basic Assessment and SPRS submission timeline to ensure compliance readiness. His ability to blend technical expertise with strategic foresight continues to drive Sharp Solutions’ growth and reputation in federal IT support and cybersecurity.
