- Enterprise Service Governance Process support: Development of an integrated enterprise governance process for SOA, enterprise and cloud based services to include incorporating or modifying existing processes as defined by the Enterprise Architecture Board (EAB) as well as the Application Services Council (ASC).
- Enterprise Technology Selection Playbook: The Senior SME will lead an effort to establish an enterprise technology selection playbook in coordination with the ESDO and ITSO offices within the Office of the Chief Information Officer. The intent of this playbook is to provide prospective program and project managers with a hierarchical catalog of approved technologies and services that should be considered when planning technology implementation.
- Enterprise Software Governance Process Streamlining: Working with the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer, manager of the Software Exception Request (SER) process, to integrate process with the overarching EAB Governance and the Technology Insertion process
